BAW​/FileNet Developer – Frontend Focus; f​/m​/x

As a BAW / File Net Developer with a strong frontend focus, you will support a customer project in Lausanne. In this role, you will design and implement user-facing components for business process and case management solutions based on IBM technologies, working closely with technical and business stakeholders in a French-speaking environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop solutions in IBM Business Automation Workflow
• Implement and customize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Model and support business processes using BPMN
• Develop and maintain UI components using the Dojo framework
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions
• Support analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

• 4+ years experience as a developer in BAW and/or File Net environments
• Solid knowledge of:
  • BPMN
  • HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Practical experience with the Dojo framework
• Strong development focus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Fluent French (spoken and written) is a plus
• Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit

• Experience with Advanced Integration Services (AIS)
• Experience with IBM Integration Designer (Eclipse-based, Java and IBM views)
• Knowledge of IBM Web Sphere Enterprise Service Bus (Web Sphere ESB)
• Basic understanding of backend or integration architectures in IBM automation platforms
• Knowledge of IBM File Net is a plus
