Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of O2C projects and services, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and IBM quality standards.
- Help the client build their product portfolio by researching industry trends and leveraging the SMEs in IBM.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior business leaders.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions across consulting, cloud, data, and AI.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across business, IT, and delivery organizations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact for project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure process optimization and operational improvements in O2C workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the delivery organization.

- 10+ years in project or delivery management within finance, supply chain, or ERP environments.
- Strong expertise in the Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
- CPG/FMCG industry experience is required.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, PMP, or similar methodologies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP modules (SD, WM, TM) or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience in global delivery models and multi‑country operations.
- Familiarity with IBM tools, processes, and delivery governance frameworks.
- Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies.
- French or German language is an asset.
