Une entreprise spécialisée dans les systèmes climatiques à Bossonnens recherche un Coordinateur service (F/H). Le candidat idéal doit posséder un CFC employé(e) de commerce et avoir une expérience confirmée dans le service après-vente, de préférence dans le domaine CVC. Il devra traiter les demandes des clients, organiser le travail des techniciens et suivre les contrats d'entretien. Un bon niveau d'outils informatiques, notamment MS Office et SAP, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences relationnelles sont requis.
