Une entreprise de composants micro-optiques recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support Informatique à Hauterive. Vous assurerez le support de premier et deuxième niveau aux utilisateurs, tout en collaborant à la maintenance de l’infrastructure IT. Pour ce poste, vous devez avoir un diplôme d'informaticien-ne et maîtriser des environnements Windows ainsi que les outils Microsoft 365. Il est aussi important d'avoir de bonnes capacités d'analyse et un sens aigu du service à la clientèle.
