Une entreprise technologique recherche un Technicien Service Desk basé à Sion pour assurer le support technique auprès des utilisateurs. Vous devrez gérer les appels, installer les postes utilisateurs et documenter les interventions. Un CFC d'informaticien et au moins un an d'expérience en Service Desk sont exigés. Vous devez être à l'aise avec les outils ITIL et parler français et allemand couramment.
De bonnes conditions de travail, y compris 6 semaines de vacances et des formations, sont offertes.
