Bewerber/innen sollten über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Personalwesen verfügen. Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil. Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Flexibilität sind gewünscht.
