We are looking for a TA & TOD Manager & HRBP for one of our Pharma clients based in Visp.
DescriptionThe TA & TOD Manager & HRBP CHI will be responsible for the Service – and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as Talent and Organisational Development (TOD). The role will also provide HR Business Partnering for defined Business areas. The individual will collaborate closely with the CHI HLRT as well as with senior Business Leaders.
You bring a broad spectrum of knowledge to this position from your prior work in leadership roles. You have exceptionally strong business acumen, the ability to develop trusting and authentic relationships. You are able to translate business requirements into HRIS. The preferred candidate will have previous experience gained in a fast growing multinational company.
Primary Responsibilities- Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
- Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
- Providing HRBP support for defined Business areas
- Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt.

- Degree (required):
Bachelor. - Master degree (preferred).
- Field of Study:
Preferred area of study: HR, Economics, Psychology.
English - Business Fluent.
Certifications: Required Project Mgt certification.
Work Experience:
- 10+ years work experience in HR.
- Min. 5y experience as HRBP.
- Min. 3y experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager.
- Level: Highly Experienced - 10+ years.
