Simetra Recrutement est à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) RH – Gestion des dossiers employés et avantages sociaux pour l’un de nos clients situés à Saint‑Léonard. Une superbe opportunité de faire partie d’une équipe dynamique prônant le respect, mettant en valeur la collaboration et l’entraide.

Responsibilities
  • Manage independently all absence files (disability, CSST, maternity, parental, etc.) and act as a resource person for managers.
  • Handle disability and absence files: coach managers, manage forms, workplace injury requests, tight follow‑up with insurer, adjustments upon return to work.
  • Build a trusting relationship with internal teams and provide high‑quality consulting service.
  • Administer benefits programs (flex, traditional, REER/RBDP, PAEF, health assessments): enrollment, data exchanges, billing, payroll adjustments.
  • Respond to employee questions.
  • Conduct hiring follow‑ups: offer letters, work permits, employee files, benefits enrollment.
  • Validate and correct HR transactions in the system.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll and HR teams.
Qualifications
  • University or college diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or benefits administration, including mandatory management of absences and disability.
  • Strong communication, writing, and customer‑service skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and interest in new technologies.
  • French/English bilingualism.
