About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Swiss HR team on a temporary basis - limited for 1 year. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our HR function, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to compliance. You’ll work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment, supporting HR processes proactively and precisely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal data, working time, leaves, terminations) in compliance with Swiss law and internal policies.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts and work permits.
  • Manage time and absence systems, monitor entries, and generate regular reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, ensuring confidentiality and excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, social security regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR documentation (job descriptions, contracts, amendments, termination letters, policy updates).
  • Generate HR KPIs and reports (turnover, headcount, leave statistics).
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, including digitalization initiatives.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of HR administration experience in Switzerland.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security system (AHV/IV/EO/ALV), and occupational pension basics (BVG).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is a must have.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Service‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach.
