. In this role you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, professionalise and modernise our processes and act as a strategic sparring partner for our leaders with direct influence on our company's success.
Ophtapharm AG was founded in 2023 from a facility with over 40 years' experience in the manufacturing of sterile products and is an FDA/EU-GMP certified CMO of pharmaceutical sterile products. On our plant in Hettlingen, high quality products such as sterile eye drops, eye ointments and eye gels are aseptically compounded, filled, tested and packed for worldwide markets.
In this pivotal role, you ensure that we attract, hire and retain the right talents today and tomorrow. With your expertise, you will continuously improve and standardise our recruiting approach while creating an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Advise managers as a strategic sparring partner on role profiles, labor market trends and hiring strategies
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including candidate attraction and selection, interviewing & assessment, and offer management
- Identify, attract and engage top talents through creative and active sourcing (Linked In, social media, networks and job portals)
- Create attractive, target-group-oriented job advertisements
- Plan, conduct and moderate structured interviews
- Ensure a transparent, appreciative and positive candidate experience
- Strengthen our employer brand locally and regionally
- Develop and implement creative talent attraction initiatives
- Develop, standardize and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools and guidelines
- Actively contribute to HR projects and digitalization initiative
- Bachelor's degree with further HR education (eg. HR Specialist, CAS or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally in a production or industrial environment
- Experience in a multinational, fast-paced organization and solid understanding of Swiss Labor law and HR processes
- Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and conducting thorough market research
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Winning, proactive personality with a strong sense for people, talent and cultural fit and efficient working style
- Hands‑on mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment
- Team‑oriented with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
