Aufgaben umfassen die administrative Unterstützung des gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lebenszyklus, die Pflege der Personaldaten sowie die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen. Zudem sind Unterstützung bei der Lohnverarbeitung und allgemeine administrative Assistenz erforderlich. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als HR-Sachbearbeiter:in oder HR-Assistent:in sowie ein entsprechendes Zertifikat sind unabdingbar. Es wird ein strukturiertes Arbeitsumfeld geboten.
