Eine führende Privatklinikgruppe in der Schweiz sucht eine Fachverantwortliche / einen Fachverantwortlichen Payroll (80% - 100%) zur Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen HR-Team. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die komplette Lohnadministration für rund 950 Mitarbeitende und sind verantwortlich für die Optimierung von Prozessen. Die Rolle erfordert langjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung sowie eine relevante Weiterbildung, z.B. den eidgenössischen Fachausweis. Neben einem sinnstiftenden Arbeitsumfeld mit viel Gestaltungsfreiraum erwarten Sie zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen.
