Turndown / Overnight Spa Attendant - Six Senses Crans Montana

As Turndown / Overnight Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Perform thorough nightly deep cleaning of all spa and wellness areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, wet areas, gym, and public areas.

Clean and sanitize steam rooms, saunas, experience showers, pools (surrounding areas), and washrooms according to hygiene protocols.

Ensure all floors, surfaces, glass, mirrors, and fixtures are cleaned and polished to brand standards.

Ensure all spa equipment is cleaned, sanitized, well maintained, and in safe condition.

Monitor and report maintenance issues immediately.

Support periodic intensive cleaning schedules (weekly/monthly tasks).

Clean rooms including stayover and departures.

Support the Housekeeping team in delivering evening turndown service as per Six Senses standards.

Prepare guest rooms for nighttime comfort including bed turndown, bathroom refresh, towel replacement where required, and replenishment of amenities.

Ensure guest rooms are presented in a serene, clean, and welcoming condition aligned with Sleep With Six Senses standards.

Handle guest requests during evening shifts in a professional and courteous manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years hotel experience. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in English or French.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required.
