Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values:

• Take responsibility for the smooth operations in your area and ensure the highest quality standards
• Assist the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen station
• Ensure proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils
• Adhere to hygiene regulations
• Perform all preparatory and follow-up tasks for optimal kitchen operations, including cleaning the workstation after every service

• Completed professional training as a chef
• Passion for fine cuisine
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and the commitment to achieve excellence in all areas
• Excellent English skills as the company language
• Additional knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage; any further language skills are considered a plus
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment
