• Oversee the entire F&B department, ensuring excellent guest care and that service, quality and standards meet the high expectations of the establishment.
• Organise and coordinate à la carte service, banquets, buffets and special events.
• Act as a competent contact person for guests and staff.
• Lead, train and motivate the team; coordinate with the kitchen on menu and beverage planning, cost control and inventory management.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, and actively contribute to revenue and sales targets.

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Ideally several years of management experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of all service styles.
• Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility, diplomacy and genuine passion for gastronomy.
• Very good German;
  French or English.
