We are looking for you as a Night Manager from the coming summer season 2026.
Key ResponsibilitiesTogether with our team, you will ensure that our hotel guests receive the best possible service. You will find it easy to welcome late arrivals with a smile at one of Switzerland's most prestigious hotels, while at the same time ensuring that operations run smoothly throughout the night. Your tasks will include:
- Cash management (all cash‑related tasks such as currency exchange and expenses)
- Creating and posting guest invoices and individual accounts receivable
- Preparing group invoices and voucher statements
- Reception duties (checking in and out individual and group guests, accompanying them to their rooms)
- Various administrative reception tasks
- Checking and processing waiter invoices
- Credit card bookings
- Guest transfers / guest relations
- Processing rate check reports
- Starting and monitoring night runs
- Carrying out night and security rounds
- Ensuring smooth operations during the night
- Processing room service orders during the night
- Handling guest complaints and complaint reports
- Successfully completed specialist training
- At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
- OPERA knowledge
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
- Structured and organised approach to work
- Keen interest in team‑oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally Italian and/or Russian.
- Possession of a valid driving licence for vehicle class B.
