As part of the continued evolution and expansion of the Immuno / Critical Care Business Unit, the company is creating two Global Market Development Manager roles. These positions are focused on developing and accelerating growth in emerging and under‑developed markets, translating strong scientific innovation into effective, executable market strategies.

This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative role for a market‑focused professional who thrives at the interface between global scientific expertise and local affiliate execution.

The Role

As Global Market Development Manager – IBU Hematology / Critical Care, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing market development strategies in priority growth regions, working closely with global scientific experts and local affiliates.

Scientific content and strategy are developed centrally at headquarters in Lachen. Your role is to translate this scientific input into clear, compelling, and practical marketing communication that affiliates can implement successfully in their local markets.

  • Provide hands‑on guidance and support to affiliates, particularly in less mature markets
  • Travel to developing markets as required to support implementation and capability building

  • Experience working with or supporting emerging markets (South‑East Asia, Latin America, Middle East) is highly beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable working in lean, agile structures
  • Strong communicator able to translate scientific content into practical market messaging
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc / MSc);
