Die Ausbildung bietet eine interessante Berufserfahrung und die Möglichkeit, in einem motivierten Team zu arbeiten. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Einfühlungsvermögen für ältere Menschen sind wichtig. Ziel ist es, schutzbedürftige Menschen zu begleiten und zu unterstützen, auch am Wochenende. Teil der Ausbildung sind Praktika in verschiedenen Einrichtungen.
