You will play a key operational role in ensuring that laboratory infrastructure, samples, equipment, and documentation are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with laboratory scientists, QA, and management.
Responsibilities- Sample and Reagent Management
- Receipt, labelling, registration, and documentation of samples and reagents
- Accurate management of sample and reagent inventories
- Preparation and shipment of samples in accordance with applicable regulations and protocols
- Laboratory Supplies and Inventory
- Monitoring stock levels of consumables and reagents
- Ordering and tracking supplies to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations
- Laboratory Equipment and Infrastructure
- Coordination and documentation of routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing
- Maintenance of complete and audit‑ready equipment records
- Writing, updating, and reviewing equipment‑related SOPs
- Documentation and Compliance
- GxP‑compliant documentation of all activities (GLP, GCP, GMP as applicable)
- Maintenance of organized logs and records to support audits and inspections
Education in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (apprenticeship, associate, or bachelor’s degree). Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy and reliability. Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and laboratory equipment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with scientists and QA. Prior experience in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP) is highly desirable. Fluent German (written and spoken).
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
