Compiti principali

• Generate significant and consistent trading profits from merchant activities across pan-European power markets
• Actively optimize risk‑adjusted returns, maximizing return on VaR while strictly adhering to assigned limits (VaR, trailing stop‑loss, credit exposure and liquidity constraints)
• Deliver robust fundamental analysis and market insights to support Repowers trading decisions and positioning
• Serve as a senior point of reference for junior traders, contributing to their development through coaching, review and knowledge sharing
• Work in close coordination with Risk Management and Back Office to ensure efficient credit risk management, cash collateral optimization and foreign exchange control

• 10+ years of proprietary trading experience in Continental European power markets within a reputable trading organization
• Proven track record of generating sustainable profits across multiple market cycles
• Very strong fundamental knowledge of European power markets;
  Swiss market experience is a strong advantage
• Clearly profit‑oriented and entrepreneurial, with sound judgment and disciplined risk management
