Head of Finance

In this role, you will support the CFO and work closely with the Executive and Finance Teams to ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth. You will take responsibility for planning and overseeing financial operations, developing efficient processes, and guiding a motivated finance team.

The position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on work and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s financial performance and future development.

• Strategic Leadership & Planning:
• Serve as the CFO’s deputy and as a strategic partner to the Executive and Finance Teams
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of a multi‑year strategic plan, and establish mechanisms to track performance
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to support key business initiatives
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee all financial operations of the Swiss legal entities and international subsidiaries
• Support group consolidation efforts and liaise with auditors during annual audits
• Oversee tax compliance and manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities
• Contribute to financing and investment activities as needed
• Financial Systems & Process Optimization:
• Develop financial processes, tools, controls, and analytics to support efficient scaling and enable data‑driven strategic decisions
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of finance systems and tools
  
  Supervise the accounting function and act as a subject matter expert
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple locations

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent is a strong plus
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or head of finance role
• Experience in Datacenter and a real estate preferred
• Familiarity with international operations and group structures is a strong advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss and IFRS accounting
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
• Proficient in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
