Eine innovative Finanzberatung sucht Einsteigerberater im Bereich Vorsorge & Finanzen in Luzern. Es wird eine kostenlose VBV-Ausbildung angeboten, die zur VBV-Zertifizierung führt. Die Position erfordert Kundenberatung, Eigenverantwortung beim Umgang mit CRM und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice sind möglich. Ein klarer Karrierepfad von Junior zu Teamlead wird geboten. Die Vergütung liegt zwischen CHF 1500 und 7500 pro Monat, abhängig vom Pensum und der Leistung.
