• Plan, prepare and execute assigned projects
• Supervise both customer and own personnel
• Carry out new installations, construction and commissioning projects
• Inspect and maintain critical equipment
• Troubleshoot core machinery and associated systems
• Deliver technical and commercial reports

• A BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent training with hands‑on experience
• Relevant project experience in the energy sector
• A proactive, independent working style with strong organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and a knack for problem‑solving
• Cultural awareness and ethical sensitivity in diverse environments
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Willingness to work on industrial project sites around the world
