Business Development Engineer; w​/m​/d – Product Development and Structural Engineering Services

To support our next growth phase, we are looking for a commercially driven engineer who takes ownership of building and developing a profitable, strategically aligned project pipeline.

Generate sustainable growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening SINTEGRITY's positioning in structure‑critical industries.

• Own and manage a structured sales funnel from first contact to contract
• Generate qualified demand in defined target industries through proactive acquisition
• Identify customer needs and shape technically viable opportunity concepts
• Lead and coordinate bid and proposal preparation
• Develop and expand strategic customer relationships
• Contribute to sharpening SINTEGRITY's positioning and service portfolio

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Aerospace or similar)
• Experience in business development or selling engineering services
• Background in structural engineering
• Aviation experience and an established industry network
• Proactive, outgoing personality with strong relationship‑building skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on and execution‑driven mindset
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Comfortable operating at the interface between engineering and business
