Engineering Trainee

• You will learn the basics of aircraft development, construction and production as part of a trainee program that can be adapted on an individual basis
• Depending on your specialization you will work in various areas of our Engineering and Production units: 4 months introduction in your specialization and 9 months consolidation. Engineering departments you could visit in the consolidation phase include:
  Flight Physics, Flight Test, Safety, Reliability and Maintainability, Certification, After-sales service, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Structural Test. You will also gain experience working in the Aircraft Assembly and Maintenance departments
• Additional internal training, . design organization processes, project management and aircraft familiarization
• At the end of your trainee program it is intended you start your career in aerospace in Pilatus's Engineering team

• Completed University study (ETH/EPFL/ZHAW or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
• Strong interest in aviation and innovation
• Fluency in German, English to at least level B2
• Logical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to work to processes and procedures both independently and as part of an international team
• Adaptability, willingness to learn and initiative
