We are now seeking a Spare Parts Specialist & Analyst to join our team.
Your Responsibilities Spare Parts Specialist (immediately upon onboarding)- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow‑up of spare parts orders.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on repair or overhaul orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.
Support the spare parts service manager with:
- Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Preparing financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Conducting analyses to optimize inventory management.
- Conducting analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
- Supporting analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
- Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
- Master's degree in Engineering in a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience
- English (C1) and French (C1), an additional language (IT/DE/ES) is an advantage
- Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction of railway renovation and maintenance machines is a strong asset
- Sage X3 ERP system
- Therefore™ Document Management System
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- PowerBI
