Bereichsleiter Tiefbau
Aufgaben:
Fachliche und personelle Führung der Abteilung Tiefbau in der Region. Aufbauen, erweitern und pflegen von Kundenbeziehungen. Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im kommunalen und kantonalen Umfeld. Projektleitung / Projektierung und Bauleitung von Tiefbau- und Verkehrsprojekten. Fachkundige Betreuung der Projektbeteiligten in allen Projektphasen.
Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauingenieur In (ETH, FH oder gleichwertig). Eigenverantwortung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Initiative, selbstständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit. Unternehmerisches Denken und vernetztes Handeln. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Fachbereiche.
