Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IC Front‑End Quality Manufacturing Manager to ensure best‑in‑class manufacturing quality in EM wafer FAB. Reporting to the VP IC Operations, the role is responsible for overall Manufacturing Quality performance and compliance with automotive and customer requirements throughout all IC Front‑End.
Responsibilities- Deploy quality policy inside IC FE organization, drive zero‑defect expectations, lead quality alerts and task forces, ensure IATF
16949 compliance. - Owner and chairman of PCRB process, analyze change impact, drive KPI analysis and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead process control with MSA, SPC, automation, FDC, MES to reduce scraps and NC events.
- Owner of MRB, conduct risk assessment of NC events, drive corrective actions and root‑cause elimination.
- Drive scrap analysis, assign cases, coach teams for rapid problem solving and CIP initiation.
- Execute manufacturing audit process, resolve findings, propose yearly improvement plans.
- Resolve customer complaints, assess risk, drive root‑cause elimination and CIP actions.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics.
- 10 years in a high‑tech company, 5 years in a Quality Management role.
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Proven leadership and excellent teamwork.
- Problem‑solving, initiative, results‑oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and automotive core tools.
- Knowledge of IC production flows, quality tools, failure analysis and audits.
- Negotiation, prioritization, empathy, flexibility.
- Organized, analytical, synthetic, self‑driven, able to lead continuous improvement projects.
- Customer orientation in multi‑cultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English, written and oral.
