Responsibilities

In this role you will support the Project Director for the execution of large investment projects in Visp throughout the implementation of the project. You will help from the design phases to the handover of the installations to the users, establish, roll out and follow up on strong project structures (e.g., organization, decision, communication, documentation flows) following guidance from project management to respect SGIE Project management Processes and increase Project Team efficiency.

You will also be responsible for specific tasks of the project (e.g., TPL for a small equipment package, organize workshops, reporting to management) to further support the Project Director and his/her team.

  • Responsible for internal coordination tasks in order to relieve project director’s workload
  • Participate in the preparation of the project reporting (charts for KPIs, collection of information)
  • Develop and maintain Project SharePoint to establish strong processes for administrative aspects of the project (communication center for internal team and external partners, meeting minutes, actions list, etc.)
  • Organize internal and external workshops, townhalls, team events, etc. (technical, scheduling coordination) and support team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists, etc.
  • Participate and support regulatory inspections and customer audits
  • Coordinate Technical Change Request tasks/activities considering all stakeholders in the project timelines and support the project change process
Qualifications
  • Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. /

    B. Sc. in project management, engineering, mechanical, chemical or related field
  • Technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical engineering is a plus
  • Experience in SharePoint or website management
  • Experience in cGMP environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English
