Job Description:

• Knowledge of a batch scheduler (ideally Zena) and experience in batch processing.
• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  4-6 years

• Proactive E2E(End to End) monitoring of the batch execution in acceptance environment.
• Support in environment refresh and “time travel” activities, aimed to simulate a batch execution on a specific past- of future-date.
• 1st level troubleshooting of batch failure issues, with the ability to separate scheduling problems (which can be managed directly in Zena) from problems which require specific skillset (application, infrastructural) in order to swiftly address them to the correct resolving teams.
• Support the resolving teams in troubleshooting activities, providing and analyzing Zena logs and re-executing jobs.
• Cloud migration specific: track the known batch issues experienced during a new client setup, and support in creating a blueprint for Zena new setups.
