Laser Process Application Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Laser Process Application Engineer to join our technical department. In this central role, you will be the driving force behind the introduction of cutting‑edge technological solutions—leading projects from the initial study phase all the way to full‑scale industrial operation. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring operational excellence across our production lines.

• Engineering & Specifications: Translate production requirements into detailed technical specifications while balancing quality and yield constraints.
• Project Management: Mastermind industrial projects from investment to final commissioning, including the coordination of IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications and on‑site deployment.
• Innovation & Industrialization: Design innovative laser machining methods, oversee prototyping, and secure a seamless transition to series production.
• Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify and qualify technology partners and machine suppliers that meet our high‑precision standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Rigorously analyze existing workflows to optimize process stability and boost overall productivity.

• Education: An Engineering degree or a Technician ES qualification specializing in mechanics, microtechnology, or applied physics.
• Technical Expertise: Solid, proven experience in laser machining (including marking, cutting, and welding) or heat treatment processes.
