• Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement new materials, technologies and processes
• Lead materials and process projects in Surface Treatments and organic Coatings
• Ensure compliance of materials and processes with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
• Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
• Conduct and coordinate material failure analyses and support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in materials and process topics

• MSc degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
• Demonstrate strong expertise in materials and related processes in Surface Treatment and Coating
• Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
• Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
• Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
• Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
