- Einsatz als Bauführer:in im Bereich Ingenieurbau und/oder Hochbau
- Selbstständige Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben
- Durchführung der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Baustellenorganisation
- Korrekte und termingerechte Ausmasserstellung und Abrechnung
- Verantwortung für Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätseinhaltung
- Betreuung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden und Subunternehmer
- Mitverantwortung bei Akquise und Kalkulation
- Abgeschlossene Aus- und Weiterbildung zum:
Bauführer:in (HFP/HF), Techniker:in HF, Dipl. Bauingenieur:in oder vergleichbare technische Weiterbildung - Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurbau und/oder Hochbau
- Selbständige, engagierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Freude an komplexen Projekten
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Führungsstärke runden dein Profil ab
