• WBASD Disclosure Statement
• Act 168, Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release

Upon appointment, the following will be required:

• All clearances required by PDE (State Police Criminal Background, Child Abuse Background & FBI/Fingerprinting)
• Mandated & Permissive Reporter Training
• Physical and TB test

All training required by the PIAA:

• Concussion in Sports
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• First Aid Coursework
• Fundamentals of Coaching Coursework

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency, be at least 18 years of age, and be able to satisfy required PA clearances.
