- Must have appropriate, valid certification or license to teach the assigned content area as recognized by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
- Master's Degree in Educational Psychology or equivalent from a four year university
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
- Prior school related experience strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge, understanding, and appreciation for the learning process and the nature and growth of children.
- Ability to communicate with students and parents in the appropriate manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and productively with other staff members, students, and administration.
- A acceptable report on required BCII/FBI background investigation and drug screening.
