We are looking for responsible and enthusiastic Lunchroom Monitors to join our team. The Lunchroom Monitor will help ensure a positive, safe, and orderly lunch period for students while promoting good behavior and a respectful atmosphere.

The Lunchroom Monitor is responsible for overseeing students during lunch periods, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. This position requires someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various student behaviors in a professional manner. You will work closely with school staff to create an environment that encourages respect and cooperation.

• Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Assist students in navigating lunch procedures, including lining up and cleaning up.
• Monitor student behavior, offering guidance and addressing issues in a calm and respectful manner.
• Enforce school lunchroom rules and help maintain a clean, orderly space.
• Assist in organizing students for lunch transitions and dismissal.
• Report any behavioral or safety concerns to appropriate school staff.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students, staff, and visitors.
• Patient, calm, and respectful demeanor, especially in managing student behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and apply school policies consistently.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and meet any other required school safety protocols.
