The successful candidate will teach students in Grades 7 and 8 only, delivering a Middle School English and Humanities curriculum that prepares students for progression into IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme. The role involves designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster strong literacy skills, critical thinking, and curiosity about the humanities.
The teacher will support students’ academic and personal development both within and beyond the classroom, contribute to collaborative curriculum planning, and participate actively in the school’s rich co-curricular and extracurricular life within an international boarding school environment.
Your profile- Degree in English, Humanities, or a closely related subject
- Teaching qualification recognised for lower and upper secondary education
- Proven teaching experience at Middle School level
- Highly motivated educator with excellent pedagogical skills and a strong commitment to student-centred learning
- Confident, flexible, and collaborative professional who enjoys working with young people in an international boarding school environment
- A dynamic international context in the spectacular alpine setting of the Engadin
