Eine Organisation für soziale Arbeit in Graubünden sucht ab August 2026 eine neugierige und schulerfahrene Fachperson für die Schulsozialarbeit. Die Aufgabe umfasst das Gestalten von Lernräumen für Kinder und Jugendliche in Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen sowie das systemische Begleiten von Schülern zur Unterstützung ihrer Entwicklung. Erforderlich sind eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement. Die Stelle bietet zeitgemäße Anstellungsbedingungen und individuelle Förderung der fachlichen Entwicklung.
