• Preparation, delivery, and follow-up of the Art Clay Silver course.
• Create practice-oriented lessons following adult education criteria.
• Structure lessons considering participants’ different prerequisites.
• Regular coordination with the Klubschule administration.
• Participate in further training.

• Educational background:
  Completed basic or further education with a federal accreditation (EFZ) in Goldsmithing or a degree from a professional or higher education institution in the subject area (e.g., jewelry design), or self‑taught or in training.
• Teaching experience:
  Demonstrated adult‑education experience in the relevant field or a comparable role.
• Customer‑orientated, polished, and courteous demeanor.
• Independent, flexible, and reliable personality.
• Ability to convey subject knowledge in an engaging, participant‑ and goal‑oriented manner.
• Passion for teaching small to medium groups of adults.
• German language skills – very good knowledge.
