The mid-level Product Designer is an experienced individual contributor responsible for designing usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for Client's digital product line.

• Partner daily with Product Managers to understand requirements.
• Explore one or more design solutions that meet business goals and are intuitive for end users.
• Lead the full design phase (ideation, exploration, detailed design) with Product & Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and usability.
• Work in Figma to create high‑fidelity mockups across desktop, tablet, and mobile; add interaction notes/annotations; hand off to dev and support through implementation.

• 3-7 years of relevant work experience (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred)

• Proficiency designing and developing prototypes using Figma or other industry tools
• Proficiency designing high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch or other industry tools
• Subject Matter Expertise in interaction design
• Ability to design layouts that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes, from desktops to mobile devices.
• Knowledge of inclusive design, ensuring products are accessible to users with diverse abilities and disabilities.
• Experience using established design systems to maintain a consistent and cohesive user experience across products or platforms.
• Expertise in building scalable products using reusable, independent components instead of designing entire pages at once.
• Experience working with SCRUM in an Agile environment a plus
• Strong experience in designing B2B enterprise applications (Fintech background is a plus but not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including thorough and methodical attention to detail
• Fully fluent in English and able to understand and be easily understood in English
• Ability to communicate concepts and recommendations confidently to a variety of audiences
• Ability to self‑manage time and work independently or as part of a team
• An online portfolio that demonstrates outstanding product and ecosystem thinking

• Proficiency designing with Figma, including layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Experience using a design system to create a consistent, cohesive UX.
• Strong B2B enterprise application design experience

• Knowledge of inclusive / accessible design (products usable by people with diverse abilities).
• Ability to drive design end‑to‑end—from ideation through detailed design and into implementation, working with product and engineering and driving consensus.
