Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Anfragen, das Erstellen und Ändern von Bestellungen sowie das Reklamationsmanagement. Ideale Kandidaten haben eine Ausbildung im Kundendialog oder im Detailhandel sowie Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil.
