Location: Niederbipp
Für unseren Kunden, ein marktführendes Unternehmen in Bereich der Distribution von Pharmaprodukten im Niederbipp, suchen wir ab Februar 2026 eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Kundendienst 100%
Aufgaben :- Telefonische Betreuung der Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Abwickeln von administrativen Aufgaben wie Bestellungen, Verrechnungen und Beanstandungen
- Verwalten der Kundendaten
- Mitglied des Empfangs-Teams
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Pharmabranche, Gesundheitswesen oder Erfahrung in einem Call Center
- Du telefonierst gerne, bist kommunikativ und behätlst auch in lebhaften Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Programmen
- von Vorteil SAP Erfahrung
- Deutsch als Muttersprache
- von Vorteil Französischkenntnisse
- Arbeitszeiten:
Montag - Freitag zwischen 07:30 - 19:00 Uhr sowie einmal pro Monat Samstag 08:30 - 13:30 Uhr
