PROGETTISTA ESECUTIVO NELLE COSTRUZIONI
Per un nostro cliente operante nel settore della produzione e progettazione su misura, selezioniamo
Mansioni:- Sviluppo progetti esecutivi dettagliati
- Garantire la realizzazione di opere rispettando il budget di commessa
- Analisi approfondita di progetti, capitolati e contratti
- Sviluppo di progetti esecutivi dettagliata in scala 1:5/1:2
- Produzione di elaborati grafici esecutivi
- Gestione della trattative commerciali per l'acquisto dei materiali
- Preparazione e invio di richieste di offerta
- Formazione tecnica (geometra, architetto…)
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno 5 anni
- Solida comprensione di capitolati e contratti
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione con i team interni ed esterni (committenti, progettisti, fornitori)
