AboutThe Internship
The Estée Lauder Companies is offering an exciting 6‑month internship within Global Supplier Management (GSM), focused on Third‑Party Manufacturing (TPM) initiatives across the Europe, UK & Middle East (EUKEM) region. Based in Wollerau, Switzerland, this internship offers hands‑on exposure to procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations within a truly international organisation. You will be part of the regional procurement team and contribute to real, value‑adding projects that support our TPM strategy.
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: By agreement
What You’ll Do- Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, structure, and analyse TPM‑related data (cost drivers, capacity, supplier performance)
- Create clear summaries and visual dashboards to support regional and global decision‑making
- Supplier & Market Research
- Research European and global contract manufacturing partners and market trends
- Support supplier capability assessments, comparison tools, and basic cost or capacity models
- Process & Project Support
- Assist with RFIs, RFQs, NDAs, and supplier onboarding documentation
- Support TPM projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Tools & Systems
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analysis, visualisation, and spend tracking
- Gain exposure to ERP systems such as SAP
- Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Communicate findings clearly to multicultural, international audiences

You are a curious, analytical, and motivated student who enjoys working with data and collaborating in an international environment.
You Bring- Ongoing bachelor’s studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, International Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing
- Solid analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Power BI is a plus - Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint and open to presenting your work
- A proactive learning mindset and interest in digital tools, automation, or AI (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Strong collaboration, adaptability, and time‑management skills
- Previous internship experience or academic exposure to contract manufacturing or vendor management is a plus but not required
