Supply Chain and Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Work Selection AG - a first‑tier supplier to Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, is looking for a motivated Supply Chain and Planning Specialist for a temporary assignment of 12 months with a high probability of extension.

• Develop and maintain the production schedule for the BGE portfolio to ensure supply continuity and timely delivery to the Mannheim distribution centre.
• Actively manage semi‑finished goods inventory, regularly review and optimiser material requirements planning parameters (MRP) including safety stocks, lot sizes and lead times to balance service levels with inventory targets.
• Proactively identify potential supply bottlenecks or capacity constraints and lead cross‑functional actions with Production, Quality and Procurement to mitigate risks before they impact the market.
• Ensure accuracy of planning master data within the ERP system to support reliable automated planning runs.
• Coordinate material phase‑in/phase‑out activities, minimising obsolescence costs while ensuring availability for new product introductions.

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–3 years of operational experience in Production Planning or Material Management.
• Strong practical knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP (MM/PP), with a clear understanding of how master data accuracy drives planning reliability.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and an affinity for data to support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interface competence with stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Production and Procurement.
• Proactive problem‑solver who works independently in a performance‑oriented, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
