Join our team at the Rolle Location as Senior Demand and Supply Planner
Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the EMEA S&OP manager based in France; the incumbent will be responsible for :
Strategic Responsibilities Forecast- Prepare and lead forecast meetings, reviewing recommended sales forecasts.
- Make recommendations and challenge sales inputs to adjust targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- Follow forecast accuracy and bias
- Preparation monthly Demand review meetings focusing on key points on forecast variations, forecast disagreement.
- Develop, monitor and revise production and sourcing plans, in the short and long term, to optimize the use of manpower, equipment and financial resources while meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
- Follow key indictors on capacity use rate, coverage, shortage.
- Identify issues and risk, list option and propose best option.
- Explode production needs into raw material plan for the next 6-12 months.

- Evaluate Inventory Health reports to identify Slow Moving and Obsolete inventories and collaborate with all teams to develop resolution actions.
- Prepare data and material for monthly meetings that will facilitate decisions around equipment, labor and all other resources needed to support demand over the S&OP planning horizon.
- Identify significant business risks and elevate to the appropriate leadership teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus.
- Achieve customer service order fulfillment objectives of OTIF while maintaining inventory levels at targeted goals.
- Ensure that production and raw material call offs are correctly executed accordingly to plan.
- Keep ERP M3 data up to date for the supply parameters.
- Continuously demonstrate proactive behavior; identifying issues, propose actions, and lead action.
- Work on M3 improvement and process simplifications.
- Work on APS Dynasys improvement and process implementation on production and raw material planning.
- Collaborate to help reporting tool in Power Bi.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relations with internal / external organizations: working in a team environment to achieve functional and company goals.
- 7 years minimum total experience - Minimum 5 years in active supply chain planning position.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management distribution , production , raw material planning.
- Analytical profile, able to work with data and present them in a synthetic way.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Language :
French and English mandatory.
- A self-starter, able to make an impact and thrive with the independence offered to her / him.

- Very good understanding of the total End-to-End Supply-Chain processes.
- A strong academic background in Supply-Chain.
- Communication and presentation skills.
