The Center for Social Affairs is one of the largest associations of its kind in Switzerland. On behalf of 28 municipalities with a catchment area of over 100,000 people, we are actively engaged, low-threshold, and networked in the following areas:
Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), Professional Guardianship, Social Counseling, Mother and Father Counseling, Addiction Counseling, and School Social Work.
The central office supports the Professional Guardianship Administration in fulfilling its administrative tasks related to the management of civil law measures. The staff of the central office work closely with the Professional Guardianship Administration. The vacancy is newly created.
Your tasks- Processing daily mail (mail days)
- Answering phone calls / managing answering machine / forwarding voice messages
- Submitting reimbursement receipts to insurance companies
- Weekly checking and recording of service invoices as well as preparation for subsidiary reimbursements
- Quarterly submission of medical expenses
- Case openings, case mutations, and case closures in Klib
- Archiving files
- Archive management / preparation and execution of file transport to KESB
- Carrying out the Christmas card process for clients
- Preparation of birthday cards for clients
- Filing of files
- Commercial training EFZ
- Professional experience, preferably in the areas of social services, administration, and insurance
- Confident German, fluent in spoken and written language
- Organizational talent, flexibility, and high commitment
- Experience with IT systems (Office skills, preferably KLIB)
- Enthusiasm for telephone customer and client contact
- Experience dealing with authorities and people in difficult life situations is an advantage
- Motivation to perform control tasks and recurring work conscientiously and efficiently
- Teamwork, loyalty, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Willingness for continuous education and development
