Tasks
  • Betreue die Rezeption mit Check-ins und Reservierungen.
  • Berate und empfange Gäste in einem einladenden Umfeld.
  • Führe administrative Aufgaben und Gästebuchhaltung via PROTEL AIR.
Skills
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder KV HGT erforderlich.
  • Flair für Sales & Revenue, sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse in Word, Excel und protel air von Vorteil.

Receptionist with Day Responsibility
80% - 100% | Wilderswil

For our JUNGFRAU HOTEL in Wilderswil, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person on a fixed-term basis until October 31, 2026.

Tasks to be done

  • Various reception tasks (check-in, walk-in, telephone, mail, reservations)
  • Guest care, advice, reception
  • Managing guest accounting PROTEL AIR
  • Various administrative secretarial tasks as well as correspondence in D/E/F

What we expect from you

  • Completed training in hospitality or commercial apprenticeship HGT
  • Professional experience with a flair for sales & revenue
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel and protel air are an advantage
  • Reliable, resilient, solution- and team-oriented as well as socially competent
