: a vehicle designed to accelerate orbit raising and optimize access to higher orbits.

The PAVE Kickstage will be capable of transferring satellites of more than 4 tons from LEO or GTO to GEO in under 24 hours

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant to build and scale our accounting infrastructure from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong audit foundation and private industry experience in manufacturing or product-driven environments.

You will design, implement, and lead the accounting setup of a fast-growing company with complex production and inventory flows. Beyond closing the books, you will build scalable systems, enable real-time reporting, and create a finance backbone that supports operational growth.

This is a build-and-scale mandate.

• Own end-to-end financial accounting (Swiss GAAP / IFRS if applicable) and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Design and implement scalable reporting structures and internal controls
• Leverage the work of our internal software engineers to optimize ERP systems and reporting tools, driving automation.
• Establish robust cost accounting and inventory processes aligned with production flows
• Manage external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, and payroll providers

• Hands-on and manual tasks significantly reduced through automation and system improvements
• Clear visibility on financial data and reporting structure

• Fully implemented, audit-proof reporting structure
• Strong internal control framework in place
• ERP and reporting tools effectively supporting real-time financial insights

• 4–6+ years of experience
• Strong audit foundation from a consulting or accounting firm
• Subsequent experience in a private company, ideally, but uniquely within:
  Aerospace, Automotive, Medical devices, Semiconductors, Hardware-intensive or manufacturing environments
• Chartered Expert in Finance and Controlling, Swiss CPA or similar
• Solid exposure to cost accounting, inventory, and production environments
• Experience setting up reporting structures
• Tech-savvy with ERP implementation experience
• Comfortable working hands-on in a scaling environment
