Salary: £12.40 – £13.90 per hour

Additional Pay: Paid travel and waiting time, enhanced rates for unsociable hours, and double-time on public holidays

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Shifts Available: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00

Your Role as a Community Care Assistant
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts and domestic duties.
  • Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Providing companionship and supporting clients on outings.
  • Encouraging clients to be involved in their care planning.
  • Accurately recording visit details and care notes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Kind, caring and compassionate individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends.
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship).
  • No experience necessary – full training provided!
